@Tmanindahaws Actually it's really Missingno. Missingno is kind of a wanted glitch, it should be number 0 in the pokedex. But a glitch is a glitch, it's a mistake and usully the sythem just freezes or other (bad) things happen. The game can't handle it because a number 0 just doesn't exist! But if you know this you can see where the name comes from. Missingno = Missing Number

This reminds me of the time I played silver a few years ago, to reminisce.. a weird thing popped up in a battle. It was some sort of white/gray thing and it was split into 3 parts. There was a floating head with a huge lump on top, floating oval shaped body with no limbs, and floating tail. All separate from each other. The game froze as soon as my pokemon went out and I could never find the thing again, no matter how much I walked around the area.

i know a way for makin those 'circles like 0:46 one' only with advanced map:

1:open a-map and go to a place without wild pkmn (by example littleroot town) WELL GO TO A CITY

2: on a-map select 'wild pokemon' (sorry my a-map is in spanish) and 'create new wild pokemon', select grass and (if u want) put some pkmn on the slotes and let some slotes empty

3: put some tall grass on the city and save the changes

4:open your rom go to the city and go to the tall grass you'll find the circles

the question mark in the circle is a back up in the game when u start the game and use a cheat to get to a spot where you have to battle a pokemon you will call out tht quesion mark its actualy a random shiny bulbasour why they picked tht no clue but there are codes to make it come out when you want it to
