Summary is incorrect. No foul was called. Fouls may only happen during play and against an opponent. The restart here was not changed.

This player did, however, commit misconduct. I could not see the color of the card shown. Unsporting Behavior is a cautionable offense. Violent Conduct against anyone is send off offense.
