OLED displays are great. That's what makes for the extreme contrast ratio as individual pixels can shut themselves off. And the font is really cool.

Nice! I think the gfx are clean, simple and great! General keyboard functions like ZX Spectrum + (white prototype Rick Dickinson) i think a true 80s retro design, i really like it!

I love my new microkorgXL - because it sounds great, weights nothing and can be battery powered. I'm growing an increasing affection for things that can be played ANYWHERE, in the park or on the train etc.

Another devise that can be MIDI-ed up to the microkorgXL on the move is great for me!

I'm not that into music production yet, but I'm really curious. What exactly can one DO with a piece of hardware like this? - and can you create music with just this, or is it dependent on other pieces of hardware like an amplifier or how does it work?

This thing has a built in speaker, but usually you want to hook the output of a synthesizer to external speakers, because it's more practical. This thing actually benefits form having an internal speaker though. People ask the question a lot surprisingly.
