Yes, you can pan fry the liver, but you have to marinate the liver for at least 30 minutes or more so that it will at least cut down on the smell..
Make sure you don't burnt the liver because if you burn the liver.. you won't like the taste, this is from my own experience.. As shown on my video just take the part where I use the ingredients for marinate minus the coconut milk.
My mom makes liver all the time, she said that you could use some garlic powder to kill the smell. I threw it into a pan with oil, salt & pepper and I don't smell anything. I leave it in for 20-25 mins and keep turning the pieces until all the red is gone :)

We never burn our liver and we don't ever marinate it. But that sounds pretty good though. Nice video.

The reason because I've plenty of the can peas and carrots... so I didn't want to waste them.. You could buy the fresh ones if you want ..
