  • how can one judge any religon. it if you at all a christian you know it is not us to judge.

Thank you Pope John Paul 11 for all you love and your devotion to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You are now with Him

  • I don´t like religions but this men was a great men

  • you are fool, because your spellings are very poor. you can't wear nice clothes like pope so you are very upset and envy them!

  • which churches are not corrupted? you are fool!

  • this pope did millions things for people. he was the only one went many different countries. why he doesn't deserve to wear nice robe for funeral?

you mean to say he should wear a rug??

don't get pist because you never can wear them!!

  • WHATS THIS GOT TO DO WITH JESUS CHRIST ? ALL THIS GOLD,SILK,SILVER,MARBLE ... JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS FOR THIS ? HOW MANY MILIONS OF DOLLARS CATOLIC CHURCH PAID TO THE VICTIMS OF PEDOPHILS ONLY IN USA ? IT IS SO SICK ! AND WHEN THOSE PEDOPHILIC PRIESTS RUN IN THE VATICAN, IT IS OVER. THEY ARE THEN UNDER PROTECTION OF THE "HOLLY CATOLIC CHURCH" . UGLY , UGLY , UGLY !!!

  • @viamilitaris011 i think you are anti christ!

  • @imissedmydad If you are sirius, you are wery wrong . J m anti super rich and corrupt church . J belive that Jesus Christ was a good men, and this what we see now is not what he wanted . J m ortodox and j see same thing in my church .

  • @imissedmydad By 2009, U.S. dioceses have paid more than US$2.6 billion in abuse-related costs since 1950. AND I M ANTY CHRIST ?

  • @imissedmydad ... In many instances, dioceses were forced to declare bankruptcy as a result of the settlements. At least six U.S. dioceses sought bankruptcy protection. In some cases, the dioceses filed bankruptcy just before civil suits against them were about to go to trial... But pope "only went to many diferent countries and did milion things for a people"

  • como se llama la cancio de la ultima parte gracias

  • My dear Pope ... I'm very sad you're gone from this world .. but now .. I know you're in a wonderful place ... that a man could ever want ... with Jesus in Heaven ..... Love, Emma! !

  • @36emilija Do you still believe in the Easter Bunny too? Well, never mind that. Let me ask: do you honestly believe you're going to Heaven forever after your death?

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL

Let me say that I intend to live my life as if that were the case. Even if it isn't the case, let me carry it out. If I harm no one, is that so wrong?

  • @MsPandaRosa Living a compassionate life and not judging/hating/condemning others (specialties of *some* narrow-minded Christians) is important, but *clinging* to beliefs is going to create problems. Simply having beliefs is not itself an issue, but people tend to argue for, preach about, and promote their beliefs. They often don't even question their beliefs, have no reason for them, or, worse still, mistake their beliefs for Truths.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL

But if my faith in God moves me to do good, why is it wrong? And yes, I know to stop and think about what is "good".

  • @adrian50centy

    "Nietzsche is dead"

    God

  • @adrian50centy Believe it or not my brother/sister?....Jesus loves you mate!

  • Mary The Mother of God, was born free of original sin. She is the vessel that bore Christ. As a Catholic, we have never placed her higher than Christ. We venerate her because she is the Mother of God. One of the ten commandments is "Honour Thy Father and Thy Mother" Mary is our faith's Mother. Jesus asked John to comfort his Mother when he was on the cross. He gave Her another son. We are taught that we can ask forgiveness from Christ through his Mother. Mary is just as important

  • 1.Then His mother and His brothers arrived, and standing outside they sent word to Him and called Him. A crowd was sitting around Him, and they said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are outside looking for You." Answering them, He said, "Who are My mother and My brothers?" Looking about at those who were sitting around Him, He said, "Behold My mother and My brothers! "For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother........con't

  • It's NEVER too late to reach out to Jesus. Right where you are, right on your own, right now. He forgives directly.Talk to Him... I tell you He is here now and sooooooo real. Wow what a cool God we have. Dont you agree guys.

  • @themoviesdelacreme Obey your preist? I guess yes...If they are showing the fruits of the spirit and "aline" with JC, COMPLETELY. Any little thing not matching...Dont obey any priest. How did Jesus react to high priests etc that sat in their high ranking seats with all their wealth and power. makes me tremble...... "I NEVER KNEW YOU". Jesus said for us to be the servant, not be served.

  • You shall NOT make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall NOT bow down to them nor serve them .....? There are millions of beautiful people in the catholic religion but I beg you to read the NewTestament Please. You will learn soooo much. Jesus has plenty to say...directly.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Dude, do you seriously believe that Catholics don't read the New Testament?

  • @serverfix Then why do they not stick to what JC says.....in full? Not just bits n pieces but in full. I love Catholic people but I just think the religion itself kinda robs JC of His correct title, and it robs you guys of the full and open truth of JC. I am not judging you guys at all but i do have a problem with what the church itself teaches and what it's putting out there........I worship JC, and that's exactly what our/His Father wants us to do too.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

We do exactly that- the fullness of His teachings.

    A friendly challenge,

Name one piece of Catholic Doctrine that is not Biblical.

  • Comment removed

  • @serverfix In the middle ages, there was the idea [in the Catholic church only, I think] of a place called purgatory - where people are purified. Can anyone find any scriptural evidence for such an idea? ...... however it was a great money maker for the church.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Purgatory is not spelled out in the Bible, but it is certainly there.

Read 1Corinthians 3:12-15 carefully and you will see what I mean.

Both of these topics have more Biblical evidence than what I have listed, but that should do for a start.

  • @serverfix Calling the Priests "Father" is forbidden

FACT: Catholics are taught to call their priest, "Father", as a religious title of respect. Christians in the first century never called their leaders, "father". This first happened hundreds of years later.

Question: Does Jesus approve of calling the leaders of the church, "Father"?

    Answer: Matthew 23:9

"Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. Matthew 23:9

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Calling a priest 'Father' is a bit more than a sign of respect, the priest is Christs representative here on Earth. in persona Christi. He is our spiritual father.

Abraham is repeatedly refered to as 'father' Luke 1:73,3:8, John 8:39,53, Acts 7:2, Romans 4:1,12, James 2:21.

He became the "Father of a Multitude of Nations" in Genesis 17:5.

John 8:39 is very interesting for this subject.

    Isaac Romans 9:10

    Jacob John 4:12

    David Mark 11:10

    There are many more

  • @serverfix That's exactly what I'm talking about....who are you going to listen to, Jesus or your priest or other people. Jesus said not too so that is it for me my friends. When Jesus came a lot of things changed and not many liked it . He is the ONLY one to listen too, period. The division of then is still happening right now today. No matter who says whatever! Jesus is the ONLY voice. We MUST listen to Him and respect His authority and words. Let no man take from what JC says. EVER.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout I forgot to tell you's I love you all dearly from my heart. I really do care. You are such good people.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

I am sorry friend, but you are wrong.

1 Cor. 4:1 Let a man so account of us as ministers of Christ and the dispensers of the mysteries of God

Hebrews 13:17 Obey your prelates and be subject to them, for they must render an account of your soul.

Christ formed a priesthood, rather He reformed the Priesthood. It is very Biblical if you only care to look.

  • @serverfix But you are putting everyone else's word about the Son of God. How can you not adhere to the words of Jesus Christ, the ONLY gateway to Heaven. Even if a prophet dont aline with JC then we must question that prophet. Like JC said MANY false prophets will come in my name and even the elect will be deceived. Let NO man take away our(Jesus) brothers words, they are eternal and final...Jesus served when He should have been served. The pope is not like that at all, he is the reverse.

  • @serverfix Obey your prelates yes...If they are showing the fruits of the spirit and aline with JC, COMPLETELY. Any little thing not matching...Dont obey prelates.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

    There is no IF.

    Matthew 23:3

All things therefore whatsoever they shall say to you, observe and do: but according to their works do ye not; for they say, and do not.

Jesus did not make exceptions. He commanded us to obey even when HIS APPOINTED did wrong. Regardless of whether or not they do wrong, they are still Gods appointed Priest. They were then and they are now.

2 Peter 1:20 Understanding this first, that no prophecy of scripture is made by (con't)

  • @serverfix He Commanded us to obey Him(Jesus). If the appointed do wrong they should be rebuked or they must come back to Jesus with a sincere heart for forgiveness and change. Jesus also said beware of false prophets and many will come, even the wise will be deceived. Look i love the whole bible but catholicism is quick to reference every other scripture but the words in RED. Jesus is what everything is about, it all points to Him. His words are above ANY. Our Father wants this and expects this

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

He did indeed command us to obey Him, which only reinforces Matt 23:3

Obey Him and He told us to obey our prelates, those who are duly appointed by Him as his priests here on earth.

There is no question that some Priests, Bishops and even Popes have failed miserable as holy men. Jesus warned us of them also, but you do not throw out the baby with the bathwater. Judas is a good example here. Even he went astray.

  • @serverfix Please tell me, do you love Jesus more than ANYTHING in this universe?

Do you believe He is the ONLY way to Heaven, through asking Him and Him alone, in prayer?

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

There are no words in red in my Bible. My ENTIRE Bible is the word of God. If you do not follow it in it's entirety, then you have not the fullness of truth.Jesus told us to beware false prophets, but also told us to obey authority both spiritual and temporal.

What you are suggesting is throwing out large chunks of the Bible, because IT does not agree with YOU.

If the Bible is the word of God, then every single passage must be examined both on its (con't)

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

own and in conjuction with the entirety of the Bible. This is what the Catholic Church has been doing for 2000 years. We follow the entire Bible- no other denomination does that- NOT ONE.

  • @serverfix The entire bible but.......here's just one, How was Mary still a virgin when after Jesus was born it VERY clearly states in several places that she did not remain that way???

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

    Luke 1:48,

    "Henceforth",

means from the moment she said it until the end of time.

    "All generations",

that I would presume includes you too.

    "Shall / will",

denotes a command and not a suggestion.

    "Call me Blessed".

You mentioned her name in this post but you never once called her "Blessed Mary".

  • @serverfix Jesus did not say, what Mary said. I believe she was simply stating that people would say "Wow she was so blessed to have been chosen to carry God's Son"...and God did bless her at the time, but giving her a title of a 'blessed one' is kind of out of text. I know Jesus felt different, by some of His reactions/words at the time, regarding His Mother. Maybe it was because of her blessed statement I dont know but It's Blessed Jesus!!! He's the MAN!......con't....

  • @serverfix Oh and you did'nt answer the main question I asked my friend. Did Mary remain a virgin after Jesus was born? What do you say?.....Please dont be offended at my questions. I just want to share with you what I believe is to be what Jesus wants.....Peace!

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

My friend, I did most certainly answer your question-she is ever virgin and I listed a portion of the Biblical evidence for that.

I am not offended, I am saddened that people do not give Our Lady her due, if an angel from God bows to here and says Hail Mary, I most certainly will.

  • @serverfix Matthew 1:24-25, Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not [this means he did not have relations with her] TILL SHE HAD BROUGHT FORTH HER FIRSTBORN SON: and he called his name JESUS. Mark 6:3 Is not this [referring to Jesus] the carpenter, the son of Mary, the BROTHER of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not HIS SISTERS here with us? And they were offended at him. PLEASE EXPLAIN??????

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Every objection you just posted I have already covered. Did you read it?

Your INTERPETATION may be different than mine (or rather the Catholic Churchs) but I just gave you Biblical evidence that supports and/or refutes all of this.

Are you into more detailed discussion or do you stick to youtube?

  • @serverfix I have read everything you have covered but it is not proving anything at all. If it did I would have said you were right but unfortunately it is not even remotely answering the heart of any question I have put forward. Mary's speech is not Gods words for a start. Just like Pontius pilates speech is not Gods direct words. The whole bible is the word of God but some of these words are parts of the story for lessons etc. God shows us that things must match up to His ways completely.

  • @serverfix Three questions......1/ Why would the angel of the Lord say "Know her not, (keyword)"UNTILL" she had bought forth her firstborn son. "If " Joseph were never allowed to lay with his wife EVER, don't you think the angel of the Lord would have said it CLEARLY, as He said CLEARLY, "UNTIL"?............. 2/ Who is James, Joses, Juda, and Simon and His sisters??? Why does God's word even mention these people? This is not a lie and it can be no one else, it's clear!!!

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Until or till is often used in the Bible to mean forever- I listed examples.

Hebrew tradition, would have demanded that Jesus' mortal siblings take care of Mary after His death- why then did He instruct John to do this? Explain.

Hebrew tradition revolved around the family unit in a way very foreign to us of today. Brother, Sister, often simply meant a relative of any stripe, be it cousin, aunt or uncle.

  • @serverfix Wrong. Cousin is clearly used in the bible to mean cousin. Brother and sister is different. Cousin would not be used if brother and sister meant cousin. Jesus did nearly EVERYTHING differently than the so called tradition, they tried to stone Him all the time, so John "may" have been selected because of his spirituality and trust in Jesus, and Jesus entrusted him to take proper care of His earthly mother, spiritually as well. Jesus speaks about this in parable of His Mother etc....

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

You obviously know jack, diddly and squat about what we Catholics believe.

I will say this one more time in a way that you may be able to understand it.

WE DO NOT WORSHIP MARY. SHE IS NOT A GODDESS. SHE DOES NOT SAVE OF HER OWN ACCORD.

WE WORSHIP THE HOLY TRINITY AND THAT IS IT.

    Capice

  • @serverfix I know that your leaders of your religion eg, "The pope" loves dwelling in his fine exquisite palaces of gold and serious wealth, waving his hands around like some idol of worship.....Hmmm Not exactly what my Lord would seriously advocate! Jesus would be with the poor, walk with them, give to them, love them. He would never have been in such a position, even though He really does deserves to be. He would sell all that stuff and give to the needy, it's worthless.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

    Oh really?

    John 12:1-10

Jesus therefore said: Let her alone, that she may keep it against the day of my burial. For the poor you have always with you; but me you have not always.

Jesus was not against some earthly luxury.

    Explain please

  • @serverfix A little out of context (that was aimed at Judas). Do you remember when JC said to the rich man, give away all your riches to the poor and follow me! Do you remember the story

he told of the camel and the eye of a needle? They are very good examples of wealth. If you were to use wealth for good/needy then that's great, but to sit amongst wealth while people are dying is exactly what JC dont like and would never do. Mary GAVE a beautiful GIFT to our Lord for what He would go through.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

I would agree, totally, that Jesus, was not a big fan of wealth, for wealth's sake.

What you are accusing Jesus of though, is double speak. Is he even capable of that? I say no, He was not, which means that He was not against some luxury. The soldiers cast lots for his clothing at the foot of the cross, had he dressed in rags, they would have done no such thing.

    cont'd

The Catholic Church, is by far the oldest and largest charity organization in the world

  • @serverfix The soldiers cast lots for His clothing as a mockery. Just as they mocked Him and flogged Him beforehand. Come on, what can anyone do with any single piece of any most expensive garment(it's worth nothing but the mockery).....Your right, Jesus never double speaks. What He says is final and that's why it's final that if we were to sit in glorious temples while people are still starving is so wrong. Jesus knew what it was all about and He made no excuses either as we humans do.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

This may come as a surprise, but Jerusalem did not have a Wal-Mart at that time.

Clothing was hand made in those days and much more expensive than today. Naturally, there were still a variety of grades, to that clothing, but it was all expensive and never simply cast aside. As is shown by John the Baptist, the cheapest of clothing was camel or goat hair tunics. The Bible never mentions Jesus wearing any such thing.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Furthermore, where does the Bible state that the soldiers did this in mockery?

It doesn't. So where did you come by this information?

I assume you are a sola scripturist, therefore you must have received this knowledge from some place outside of the Bible. Is that not contrary to your own dogma?

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

As a sola scripturist, you must be familiar with Leviticus and the lengthy descriptions handed down by God, as to what His temple and priests are to look like, along with the Ark of the Covenant. All the finest quality-everything.

Gold, silver, red and purple cloth, cedar and all of the absolute finest workmanship on top of that.

Fascinating if tedious reading, but I suggest you look it up.

  • @serverfix Yes that's right, handed down by "God"......not man. As we see so often today....Besides JC showed us how it was done in the end anyway. Cant argue with God.

  • @serverfix I love Jesus for what He done for all. He never wanted the best but He deserves the best and He has achieved the best. (best....... not meaning stuff that gathers dust and perishes)

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

In Acts 5, Peter tells Ananias and his wife, that they were not required to give anything. Giving away all wealth to the poor is incredibly admirable, but not a requirement for salvation.

The Catholic Church is by far, the oldest and largest charitable organization in the world. The Vatican is the new Jerusalem and it is only fitting that it should be built as a monument to God, which is precisely what it is. As God's chosen leader, the Pope is entitled to a luxury or two.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

So, now that that little tirade is over, can I assume that you have studied Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic and have read the Bible in the original language and are further directly inspired by the Holy Ghost?

Otherwise, your dismissal is hereby dismissed.

Truly you are not addressing the issues here.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Mary conceiving Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, meant that she was de facto, the wife of GOD.

Would you touch the wife of GOD?

God's law, Mosaic Law, said that this meant Mary was the wife of the Holy Spirit, Joseph, essentially her caretaker.

I will kindly ask you to stop saying that we Catholics put Mary ahead of Jesus.

We do not nor ever have.

Does your denomination allow you to lie? If not, then cease and desist.

  • @serverfix Joseph had intimate relations with Mary after Jesus was born. He was her husband, what else could one expect?..................Peace!

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

That's the worst thing about being a Protestant, I can accept this without complaint. I just don't see what's so wrong that Christ's Mother had relations with her mortal husband, had a family in the ordinary sense of the word. There's more, but not sure what else what to say.

One more reason I regret not being born a Catholic; it's like being Japanese, some things you just know better from growing up within.

  • @PandaMishima Exactly my point my friend. There is nothing wrong with that at all. She was a good woman obviously, but not a God, or some one to be put in front of Jesus. Jesus is to be held mighty and high and in first place, not Mary(as Catholic tend to do). Jesus was without ANY sin. If Mary was not a virgin then she is not to be held so high, it's ridiculous that she seems to be above Jesus. It's like putting Moses in front of Jesus? Moses was a great man of God but he was never Jesus.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Well, Mary WAS a virgin when she bore the Blessed Savior, but after that I presume she had children with Joseph in the ordinary way.

Still, Mary must have been a very special woman in order to be the Mother of Christ.

Like I said, some things make more sense if you grow up on the inside.

  • @PandaMishima Yes, Exactly my point, she's human. I never said Mary was not a good person or not an extremely blessed woman to have been chosen by our Lord. My point is to simply out line that Jesus is "THE MAN" He saves and no one else ever can. Including Mary!... I think Mary would freak out that people have made her into some sort of a shrine or goddess. This simply is not true. God chose many great people to do great things but Jesus is the ALMIGHTY GREATEST! Every glory must point to Him.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

I bet the Virgin Mary would agree with you completely. "Worship the Son!"

  • @PandaMishima Amen my friend!!!!!!!

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

"It was not enough that the conception of Jesus take place without a male role, for if a woman who had previously known a man had conceived him even through the Holy Spirit, 'who would ever have believed that the child that was born was of the Holy Spirit? For nature knows no birth that is not besmirched with stain.' For the same reason she had to be ever a virgin, she who bore the one in whom there could not be even the least suspicion of blemish.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout For the same reason she had to be ever a virgin, she who bore the one in whom there could not be even the least suspicion of blemish. For the birth of Jesus to be absolutely pure of every stain, Mary herself had to be free of any pollution of normal child-bearing..." Zwingli

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Please note that Zwingli was a Protestant reformer.

While dying on the cross, Jesus gave his mother to St. John (John 19:27). Why didn't He give her to one of her other children instead? Jewish law would have demanded it.

    Matthew 1:25

And he knew her not till she brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

This is probably the main passage you are referring to. It seems to imply that Joseph and Mary had conjugal relations after the conception

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

of Jesus. However, this reading is performed in modern English. The words 'untill' or 'till' in the Bible are often used to denote eternaty. Examples-

I Cor. 15:25 For He must reign, until He hath put all enemies under His feet?

Is He not going to reign after that? Ps. 122:2 As the eyes of the handmaid look unto the hands of her mistress, so do our eyes look unto the Lord our God, until He take pity on us

    So, not afterwards?

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Another thing is this, where does it ever say in the Bible that Joseph and Mary moved beyond betrothel? Being betrothed in those days meant all of the responsibility of marriage, but no benifits- such as conjugal relations. That could only occur after the marriage ceremony. The Bible never mentions that that happened.

There is a whole lot more to this complex subject and maybe we shall get to it. For now I will leave it at that. Hope you are doing well today and always

  • @serverfix Matthew 1:16

  • @drinaldi2000

My assumption is that because Joseph is mentioned here as 'husband' this refutes my below statement? In the future you may want to extrapolate on your point.

However, read my words again carefully. ALL of the responsibility of marriage-NO benefits. Once betrothed, in order to break it you would need a divorce, which you may recall Joseph set out to do.

NOWHERE does the Bible ever say that they moved beyond betrothel.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout private interpretation.

So who are you or I to define what aligns with His teaching and what doesn't?

Somethings are obvious, but others incredibly subtle. Without an interpeter, appointed by God Himself, how do we know?

  • @serverfix But you are putting everyone else's word "above" the Son of God. How can you not adhere to the words of Jesus Christ, the ONLY gateway to Heaven. Even if a prophet dont aline with JC then we must question that prophet. Like JC said MANY false prophets will come in my name and even the elect will be deceived. Let NO man take away Jesus' words, they are eternal and final...Jesus served when He should have been served. The pope is not like that at all, he is the reverse.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

Catholics put NO ONE above Jesus excepting the Father Himself.

Instead of listening to an ill educated, rabidly biased minister/pastor, read the Catholic Catechism for yourself, it is easily found online. This is the summation of all that we believe.

NO ONE and NOTHING is worshiped except the Holy Trinity.

  • @serverfix Then why would you pray to, or through Mary? Do you chat with Jesus everyday. I mean really talk to Him at all. Please tell me my friend.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

    examples including

Judges 17:10, "Be Father and Priest to me..."

Judges 18:19, "Come with us and be our Father and Priest."

As for the early Christians not using this term, I ask for proof.

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

About Purgatory, that was not just the Middle Ages, we still believe in it.

Lets start with John 3:13 No man has ascended into Heaven...

Where were the spirits of Moses and Elias, who appeared and spoke with Jesus in Matt 17:3?

Philippians 2:10 "That at the name of Jesus, every knee should bend of those in Heaven, on earth, and 'under the earth'."

'Under the earth', could it mean hell, or is it a third place?

  • @JesusDidnotTapout

    1Corinthians 3:12-15:

"Now if any one builds on the foundation with gold {} each mans work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If any mans work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire*."

  • The Catholic Church will never die - we have Christ (God Himself)'s word on that! But those that reject the Church do die - look at the ever declining birthrates of all European nations! LOL

Only a CATHOLIC STATE will resist your demographic wipeout and Islamisation at the hands of idiot secular governance! Only the good survive - thank God!

  • @amaqula : The Lake of Fire will always exist. Long after the world and the universe no longer exist.

  • @Tallica99 Bang on mate, could not have explained it better if I tried, the Pope is only a spiritual symbol, nothing can be worshipped other than GOD period. For instance I cant stand this new Pope and his ancient conservative way of spiritual guidance so I will decline his guidance and retain the inner connection with GOD that my catholic upbringing gave me, in the knowledge that it is myself who connects me to GOD not the head of our church. This ofcourse does not diminish my respect for him

  • Benedict was and is John Paul's friend, and misses that good Friend so much.

  • Don't follow the pope, follow the Lord Jesus.

  • That is what the Pope does as well.

  • We do...we follow his Church, we don't follow the lead of a crazed monk who broke away from Christ.

  • @jgrisso07

then please pray for me to swim the Tiber

  • the name of this video is so stupid you rejected the pope.

  • I have to agree that the name is rather too light-hearted. It's still a moving video.

  • grazie ....... papa giovanni paolo ii

  • he's Archbishop Piero Marini, John Paul II's Master of Pontifical Ceremonies

  • canyou tell me what the bishop is putting in the pope's coffin at 3:49 ?

  • Hey,

First they put a white cloth of silk over the face of the Pontiff: "that when it is revealed, he may see the face of God." Then they put a bag with coins, made under his pontificate (at 3:49) and a percament with his biograpgy into the coffin.

  • thank you!

  • They also put in the the pope's ring

  • No. :) They don't put in the pope's ring. Ring of the Fisherman (correct name of the ring) is ceremonially crushed by the cardinal Camerlengo in the presence of other cardinals, in order to prevent the sealing of backdated, forged documents during the interregnum, or sede vacante. :)

  • google it smart ass they to put the fisherman ring in the coffin with the pope.

  • R.I.P. Your Holiness, you are at God side now

  • Gracias por este video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Będziesz zawsze w pamięci mej.

  • God bless the good Karol Wotjyla,

  • I remember a very old Church in Italy had collapsed and killed many tourists who had come to look at the beautiful wall paintings.

While this church was being rebuilt, and the paintings restored using old photographs, the local Priest was being interviewed by a journalist. He asked, "Does this not make you doubt the very existence of God?" He answered, "Oh no, look at all these people working here! See how happy they are in their work! It was God who brought them all together!"

    Absolute Shit!

  • Because the priest wanted to look on what good insisted on remaining? It's easy to dismiss God in times like this, I'm amazed anyone believes at all.

Or do you consider any hope as false?

  • He was just a little Polish man, who believed that there was another much bigger man, living up there in the sky.

A so called all knowing, caring and powerful man who, despite all the suffering that there is on this planet, does absolutely nothing to help!

But what would you expect from someone who has ordered groups of people to go into the cities of other people, and kill every single man, woman, child and beast!

Read the Bible folks, it's all there!

But the man himself isn't anywhere!

  • Your first sentence is the purest, a quiet little man putting his faith in something nobody understands, a power that yet moves history.

For all your comments, why did John Paul pray against the grandeur of Soviet Russia, and why did Russia fall? From what you say, it should have been the Reds who prevailed, carrying on the tradition of full-scale slaughter, keeping thier dark truth offstage.

All set against a gentle little man from Poland, who prayed to a God you discredit.

  • Please don't give credit to the Pope's prayers, because all of the Popes have prayed for change in certain situations. Usually nothing happens, but sometimes, by sheer coincidence, it appears that God has answered!

Extensive experiments were carried out in America some years ago, and it was proved that prayer does not work!

So please do your own research, and spare people like me who actually take the time to read up on this subject, but have to spend time answering to your stupid comments.

  • "sometimes, by sheer coincidence.... it appears that God has answered" One reason people still believe in prayer.

Would you prefer that such prayers are never answered, under any circumstances?

"I will follow Aslan even when he is not there to lead."

  • OUR love JP II -WE love you still...Poland Loves YOU ! Forever in our Hearts. Santo Subito. Zawsze będziemy z Tobą . Młodzież kocha Cię!!!

  • Thanks John I love and will miss you so.

  • You must ask yourself - Why does a church have a secret archive of biblical scriptures locked away? Why does a church have secrets at all? Why wont the vatican sell some of its art to feed the poor and starving? All of these questions and many more will be addressed on Judgement day.
