Right on!! Parents these days are way overprotective and coddle their kids way too much. They also try to be friends with their kids instead of parents. This is not normal. They let them get away with murder!! The result is disrespectful little punks who don't care about authority or rules or anything like that.

of course but after all she put me through all that I TOTALY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR HER to this day she calls me out of my name sometimes hits me tlks down to and about me to others puts others first before me always and till this very day i am now 20years old and she still says fuck you kiss my ass get out of my house i remember one day i went there she had a candy bowl in the middle of the table so a ate somethin out of it and got cursed out and put out in the hot while her daughter inlaws sat n
moms gave me away when i was 13 she says i was too much too deal with altho she kept the other 4 i came home 4 years later she had a new husband and new life as well as my brothers and sister im not going to lie i could have been diffcult when i came back but she soon put me out 1 year later she once again said i was too much and her and her husband comes first in her house i paid 4 a hotel until my big brother came to get me and gave me a place too stay i was no troulbl there
I don't understand how teenagers can treat their parents that way. But it's worse that parents let their children do as they please. I will be 16 tomorrow and I wish I would act like that with my parents so I wouldn't see my birthday tomorrow. lol That's definitely not happening!

I really hope that some kids heard what you said and take it to heart. My mom and I had our differences during my teenage years that I wish I could take back. 'Til this day she is my biggest supporter and fan, she is the ONLY person that was there for me when I deployed to Iraq. And she's the only person on this earth willing to pick me when I'm down and my best ain't enough!
