i believe this is from Power Fighters, and is a remake of Get Weapon from MM3

@jesseregnum wrong. This is in power fighters, but it most DEFINITELY is the robot master select screen from Rockman 6 Complete Works. In power fighters, It's the stage select from the MM 5~6 part of the game.

Every time I hear this, I see Roll and light looking through a glass wall at the room Mega is in and he's on an elevated platform with holo-screens that have the bosses on them spinning slowly around him. The room is lit brightly, and Mega turns back, nods determinedly at Roll and Light, and touches one of the panels. He flashes bright blue, making Roll and Light turn away from the brightness, and when they look back, they can see him in the distance of the square running towards the boss. ^__^
