I SAW THE CAMERA MANS HAND! In the Episode Survivor Man (S04 E7) Dwight is secretly watching Michael as he travells through the wilderness as "unseen moral support" but at EXACTLY, 13:14, you see a cameraman wipe a branch out of the way so it doesnt hit the camera!! I SAW ITT!!
@iDethroneRoyalty It's based on Farenheit 451 where humans don't talk to each other anymore INSTEAD THEY TALK TO THEIR FUCKING TV-WALLS WHO SEEM TO BE TALKING BACK BUT THEY'RE NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE FUCKING WALLS..
Basically, the popularity of The Office is a sign that society in the West is falling apart faster than previously thought.
@iMaDeMoN2012 It said something to the effect of "if today was weird, I'm sorry". That was the day Pam got upset with Jim when he picked her up (the karate episode) and Meredith turned around and saw them.
First kiss was technically at the Dundies. But their first official, nobody-was-drunk-and-Jim-had-finally-told-Pam-the-truth-about-how-he-felt kiss was Casino Night (I've always loved how they bookended season two that way).
I too want an episode where they're actually on screen, even if it's just in a mirror or a reflection or something. And that casino night kiss is great but I was trying to stick with clips where they looked at and/or addressed the cameramen. Great as it was, they didn't know they weren't alone.
Is it just one camera guy or a there people with the camera and how many camera are used? Great vid. Also there's one scene in Beniaha Christmas where Dwight signals the cameraguy to zoom in before he holds Angela's hand.
Since there are so many different angles in some scenes, my guess is there are two or more camera guys (plus there are sometimes different locations in an episode). I'm pretty sure the scene in Benihana Christmas that you're referring to is Dwight looking around to make sure no one is watching; I don't think he makes any real eye contact with the camera guy.
@clipobserver They never say how many cameramen there are, but they always refer to the cameramen as "you guys", implying that there are more than one.
This is the type of song that once you here it once you always come back for more. Once it ends I just go right back to it and listen to it repeatedly.
Good concept. It's very true that the camera crew is a mystery, and a great example of a modern day MacGuffin. The show uses them at their convenience and with high payback. At least in the British version, the crew is explained in the final Christmas special.
Ha! Effing genius! *favorites* Love the song, and I love how you spun it to work for the camera crew. Showing all the times they've looked at the camera or the camera was interacting with them in some way was pure win. Great job! *shows everyone*
I also love this song and think it's great to see someone use it especially when it works so well. Clever use of the lyrics with "they". I love the idea of doing a character video of the camera crew. Great job! Thanks for making this. :)
Oh my God this is absolutely fantastic!!!! And what a genius you are dedicating a video to the cameramen, ah ah. Thank you so much for making my day! <3
I tape the episodes when they air and then transfer them to DVD on the VCR/DVR machine at home (which we can't seem to get to record straight from TV) and then I transfer them to my computer. I'll retransfer them once the season comes out on DVD for better quality but I can be impatient sometimes. ;)

Great job, I loved the video. The Office wouldn't have been the same without our beloved cameramen. Nice tribute.

In the episode where Jim puts Dwight's desk in the bathroom, you can briefly see the cameramen in the bathroom's mirror.

I put 2:02 so that you have time to look for it instead of putting the actual time then it quickly comes up then goes away.
