not if you just put the new wisper in their place and then add the old once just above ur gpu band cpu heatsinks okay ! !

and put so they blow air into them not extracting hot air opkay because the other once will take hot air !

@mateen4058 its becuse the nitro mode if u dont want the nitro mode then you can directly plug it in just like the old fan. the cd power cable is for the nitro mode.

i installed it and it worked perfect for about 30 mins. i turned it off and came back hours later and turned it on and i noticed the blue LEDs didnt turn on. then i hit the NITRO switch and my xbox turned off and there was a red light coming from the A/C power adapter/brick. what do i do please help?????

@Alfonso66stang nothing to do with the fan and stuff......your power brick is now over heating not ur xbox...try moving the power brick to a more ventilated area and not playing iver 3 hrs in a row....and leave at least 1 hr in between game sessions....i havent had problems with it so i cannot help u 100%

The nitro switch wire should of been longer so it should go around the gpu heatsink. Doesn't look safe for a thin wire to lay on top of a big heat generator

The nitroswitch should be attached: it makes the fans spin faster. It is always connected and will be mounted to the front.

You cannot get banned for using this. It doesn't modify your gameplay, only the cooling and it WILL void your warranty.

This is one of the best products to stop RROD.

The fans will auto switch to 12V if not switched with the switch.

There is something strange, when you remove the original fan you have the heatpipe gpu cooler, after that there is a cut and you have the cooler with no heatpipe.
