just hiked this yesterday! doesnt have much water to be able to slide down but we jumped in at the third sister fall. coldest water ever! and the hike back was tough....
What date did you hike it? I'm looking to take some boy scouts there toward the end of September and I need to know if there is enough water to slide down the rock..??
Just came back from there today. There were no ropes on the trail & the water level is extremely low right now. But it's still worth heading out there for the scenery & exercise!
This is a very fun but challenging hike. You have to be in fairly good shape to complete both trips, but it's totally worth the effort. I would recommend this hike to anyone.
Just went on this hike yesterday! I slid down the waterfall and hiked barefoot up to the highest fall. It was painful... both the hike down and up... but worth it. :]
I did this hike 2 weeks ago. It is a hell of a hike coming back up. Very steep.

Looks fun. My mom wants to go here...but it looks a bit steep in places for her. Looks like some upperbody strength might be needed.

@MrBcook23 We went in April 2010. There may not be enough water at the end of summer to slide. I recommend Devil's Punch Bowl this time of year.

Its an intense hike for sure.

Great Video! Though it was more like 4 and half hours round-trip today with our group-which ranged in age from 18 to 72. What an adventure!!!!
