Those Bauer 7000s and the Bauer 8090s were flippin amazing. I wish they still made em. Graf is always going to be superior now though, since bauer moved their production to other countries. I love watching this one and the CCM stick videos
I get my skates molded. Totally worth the money, but if you have a kid that plays hockey, don't do it when they're young. when the grow, replacing smaller gear with larger gear that fits their growing body will get expensive.
@mrnoodle999 2000 i think this is when the 7000 was still marketed as their new top of the line and two years later was replaced by the 8000/8090. so this must have been stock footage between 2000-2003 sometime.
i work at a hockey store and everytime i pass a junior Bauer TOTALONE hockey stick i wonder what parent would buy their son or daughter that. a little while after, an 8 year old comes in with their mother to buy one. All I can do is wonder what that kid did to get it...
I've not known them to fall apart. But I used to have some old CCM skates that served me well. I've never used anything but a CCM helmet my whole life, good but then again I've nothing to compare it too.
hey im 14 nd im tryin out for my high school team. Im not tht good of a skater but i can do sum stuff. Can anybody give me an idea of wat skates i should buy
make sure they fit properly, (even if ya have to wear thick socks) you'll grow and ya want plenty of use before they're too small, don't spend too much if it's ya first pair, expensive skates won't improve your ability half as much as lots of practice will, good luck kid...
practice practice practice, you cant go wrong with bauer! they are always on the cutting edge of skate technology, get them custom rockered once you pick out a pair you like. and dont cheap out. a good skate is essential!
ok def go with a warrior or reebok i have a warrior syko good prive at $150 and i love it perfect flex perfect curve and its really light so ya thats my choices
at 11 years old i wouldnt recommend spending a lot on a stick. Most people would not reap the benefits of a more expensive stick. Look at all your options..wood sticks too. find a stick with a curve that you like and a nice flex and your good..your not going to break many sticks at 11(if any) once you figure out what you like in a stick then you can pick out a easton synergy or tps response etc
@skoundrel87 i hate it when i see 9 year olds trying to use warriors and other high end sticks. im like dude i play college hockey and have a cheaper stick than you lol.
@hockeyyismylife dude seriously! the other day i saw a kid that was no more than 8 years old with an S19!!! and im sitting there with my P.O.S sher-wood like "wtf man!!" lmao!
@skoundrel87 Your prob just some cheap little fucker. Players young or old can have expensive sticks there better then wood, Inprove your game, And give you a flex point so its better for shooting. Thanks for your tips but most of us have more money then a cheap wooden stick that costs $20 for four of them.
Right. Well, if your kid starts playing guitar, I fully expect you to immediately pick up a three thousand dollar Les Paul. Just pray he or she doesn't ever pick up the violin, an expensive one can run you over five. million. dollars.
do u guys know which supreme that was... it looked like it said 6500??? is that even a model?? ort is the the 5000 idk looks pretty mean tho....i wasnna see how they make grafs....all hand made is best i guess
yeah i used to work at a sports store that specialized in hockey, the blades for all the skates came unsharpened so we sharpened the skates when ever someone bought a pair

Graf is a Swiss company and most of it's skates are made in Switzerland. Skates for the North American market are made in Canada.
