They remind me of Genesis, w/ the 'fantasy & mystical, medievel sp? , songs". I've loved them since I was 12, and still do. I love Genesis, pre and post Gabriel. But I love Phil Collins too. So I appreciate all the people who can put these song/videos up. It's my 1st look at them.
The show in Patras was unique. Fortunately for me (and all the other fans) so were all the other Jethro Tull or Ian Anderson concerts I have attended so far. This one was enchanting. The evocative surroundings, the music redolent of emotion and a bunch of great musicians (young and younger) full of passion...Sheer pleasure for the music lovers!
Stormwatch you were not alone, watch out in the near future! I'm the Dublin Water Carrier (2/12/2001)!
Great job Stormwatch! I'd like to see the whole Thick as a Brick, that must have been an excellent concert, and with an orchestra, that stuff sounds even better!
Nice treat minister Stormwatch. When I think of scouring music rags 30+ years ago when the Tulls were roughly ten times as popular (in many respects glad to see those days and their attendant sports arena venue with the moron screaming for Aqualung in my rear view mirror, although regrettably the Aqualung guy is still around)and finding nothing for months or years on end, stuff like this, from recent Ian band performance in freaking Greece, still sort of blows my little Tullie head away.
