Iraq's WMD were given to him by the US. The WMD used on the Kurds were given to Iraq by the US. Saddam was ordered to destroy them in 1991 and apparently he did however the weapons inspectors were not allowed to confirm that fact because Cheney didnt want that fact known but rather wanted war at any cost facts be damned.
