The "e" is only problematic at the end; the first "e" in "ernace" is fine, the final "e" sounds like "ei". It is Quite Tricky for native English speakers, at least, to do "eh" at the end of a word; I struggle with it too.
I don't know what everyone's talking about regarding your "e". Sounds perfectly fine to me. If that's how they say "ei" then it seems to me they have a funny way of saying "ei" :)

Very nice! Though It sounds like you are pronouncing the 'e' as in "hey", when it should be more as in "bet"
