Q300 turboback is definitely bassy just about all rpm's. It's a beast at WOT and sounds good. It's just that it's loud in the cabin, I'm 36 so take that for what it's worth too. The Nameless with non resonated midpipe would probably be a great alternative turboback. My nameless midpipe is resonated. I'd look at Maddad Essentials Street with Cell 200 DP, Maddad Whisper. I had ordered Maddad whisper, but after 6 weeks could wait.
thats no good lol i was looking to get this set up for my 11 hatch but idk now. I have heard the nameless is like stock till wot an that great but i think part of me wants that boxer sound. post some videos up of the nameless thow would love to see them. great car btw clean!
Q300 droned a lot, very deep bass in the cabin. At 65 mph it's more tame, actually pretty good. If you have to pass, though, it's annoying bass again and again. The nameless is killer nice sound at WOT with no drone. Much more stock-like. Adding 3" midpipe soon! ( to nameless)
@threelete so u traded the q300 in for a nameless? i just got my sti and im deciding between nameless and q300.. i want it to have a great sound when accelerating and at WOT but not to piss me off while driving.. you know? what do you suggest?
Its good to see an actual exhaust on this car rather than the fart cannons.

Catted DP. I traded this exhaust for a NAmeless performance. The Invidia turboback was a droner, but the sound at WOT wAs sweet.
