I live in the South now, where these folks believe that a 4x4 truck can get ya thru anything. Well, i grew up north, where there was deep snow every year, where a 4x4 truck could get stuck just like anything else. Back then, we were smart enough to let a horse pull us out. Also, walking or using skies was a lot faster than trying to drive thru the snow. NewsChaser, thanks for posting this video and bringing back memories!

A simple tool of traction enhancer could have saved their time in the trouble. The problems kike this on ice might be a history in the end of 2010.

Thats why they got stuck because idiots with 4 wheel drives think they will go anywhere and do anything! I have a 4 wheel drive but i use common sense!

its a access road for trains, used to be good for hunting you can go back and watch deer there its right on the edge of the city

no there was just 2 trucks stuck and then others showed up to help and kept getting stuck , hope they got out as we got 30 more cm of snow lastnight
