I'd even be so bold to say legalize it for a year. If not completely satisfied go back to the old bullshit hypocritical system. And everyone who smokes pot, don't be all crazy party time when they do, just go about life normally and don't make to big a deal. Do things like smoke pot in public and then hold the door for some old people or read books to kids in the park. That ought to make O reilly SHUT UP for at least a couple days.
No prescription required. Legal to any adult. No ID required, just age verification. Legal to make your own, if you're that motivated. Illegal to drive intoxicated. Can be purchased pretty much anywhere. Risks and benefits to be weighed by the user, not the gov't. Instead of wasting money on DEA, courts, & prisons, we could be making money to help the economy.
When you buy marijuana anywhere and they scan your identification or manually enter your CDL number like they do with alcohol...
It is still federally illegal to possess it.
You get the federal summons in the mail saying you have to pay the $1000.00 bail or have a federal warrant issued for your arrest - - or they deduct it from your tax return.
The security camera in the store has your picture with marijuana in your possession bundled with the sale record via secure server.
Thats a fucking lie you made up, stop spreading this bullshit.
Federal law still has to abide by the constitution, and last time I checked the 10th amendment was still viable.
Your not going to get fined anything, there wouldn't be any charges placed against you for buying cannabis if prop 19 passed, and if they actually tried that, (which they wouldn't) it would get to court and immediately be thrown out because it goes against the 10th amendment.
ah i figured out the problem. he voted for obama. so not only will obama not make a change like he's already said but he also already spent more than bush. woo hoo!
@blairBROKEN You need to spend money to make the kind of money needed to stop a recession. He spent a fifth of the total owing to stop the free fall. That's pretty fucking impressive. It was also Bush that got the recession going hard before Obama was even sworn in. Woo hoo!
@TheXeno16 yea your right, but it's more than that fuck up of a bill. What about the disaster of a healthcare bill? The recession isn't Bushes fault, it's the banks that gave loans and mortgages to almost any idiot that asked. or how about the real estate bubble? learn your facts before you blame one man for the recession. Obama might have spent money to make money, but im not trying to be owned by china
@blairBROKEN Who presided over the House, the Senate, and the White House for the 6 years leading up to the bubble bursting? Republicans.
There’s plenty of blame to go around for the great recession, but most lies squarely on GW. Tax cuts, two wars, and a prescription drug program - all unpaid for. And what did Repubs fight hardest for last year? More tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires, which didn’t create jobs in the first place.
I am making a cross country trip to gather signatures for the IMMEDIATE RE-LEGALIZATION/DECRIMINALIZATION OF PERSONAL POSESSION, CULTIVATION AND DISTRIBUTION, AS IT PERTAINS TO OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
after 10 minutes i have figured it out!!!! capo on the first fret, C-F-Aminor-Bflat-G, those aren't the actually chords because of the capo but those are the correct shapes relative to the capo.... so if you don't got a capo.... your screwed sorry.
The first place one looked actually like a real commercial and was better than this, Although this is good this looks like something off of a cartoon, the first place one looks like an organized Commercial.
There is going to be a vote in D.C. on the legalization of pot at the federal level. If you want to show your suport go to norml(.)org and click on take action then click on what can I do, then click on contact repersentatives. From there you can send a prewriten E-mail or print out a leter to send to your state repersentatives in suport of marijuana legalization. All you have to do is fill in some info. Together we can make a difference. Let your voice be heard!
Cannabis does need to be legalized to help our economy. Very creative video and music. We are all going to need to sign petitions to get it legalized. I hope that Obama will come through instead of just using that issue to gain votes.
Well you guys got my support, I'll smoke this next one for you xD But seriously, it's really a good thing to see so many people work together. Kinda weird they don't cover stuff like this on our news, only WAR!! Keep it up and Good Luck~
I agree with Mcyamo. I think you should have won as well. I thank all who did this for all the people who fight for legalization, to help get our message out. I just hope one day we can put an end to the illegal nonsense...
Aside from the cost to lock up every one of these people, imagine the amount of income lost because these people were taken away from their jobs as productive members of society.
I agree. This is the kind of catchy ad that will have people humming the tune and maybe have people who aren't pro-cannabis actually stop and listen. I think if it's too serious then the average person will just shut it out.
My fav - should have won, however, with all the ads that the fund drive pulls in (which seems quite possible to reach this goal) they will need diferent ads in diferent markets.
I love the way it will get to those that grew up on "school house rock" - looked like a major inspriation to get the message across.
This is a good video, when you show how the money could be spent it really makes you think. My only criticism is that the first two notes sound out of tune to me and also they aren't very melodic notes. The middle and end sections are great.
$7.6 billion the government is willing to throw away to fight a war that they lost when it started. When will these stubborn mules in D.C. finally get the message? It's time to wave the white flag once and for all.
wrote a letter to obama today from norml i hope he gets it we need to legalize or were doomed
