  • Pour un petit hommage à celui qui m'a fait aimé la guitare et son picking car sans lui je n'aurais jamais joué... Vous pouvez écouter la suite chez bobyjack2.

  • Thanks for posting this; I agree: his arranging made a big difference to alot of us

    neophytes in the mid 70's!

  • Yes, I was lucky to see him in concert with Stefan Grossman in London 1974 I think. He was great -as was Grossman and they dueted at the end.

Dadi played a superb version of Lady Madonna - bass part first and then perfectly synched melody...at speed. Exciting and totally musical iamagination.

Very sad to have lost him.

  • I remember first hearing about him when they announced his death. I remember people saying what a loss that was, and being curious about him. After seeing and listening to his performances I understood.

He understood the essence of the music and was a remarkable musician.

  • It's unbel how everything looks so easy in his hands...... unforgettable Marcel....

  • Excellent video, Marcel was a fantastic "pedagogue" all his instructions books made thousands of guitar players better !
