I don't know if you're still trying to figure it out, but its capo'd 4th fret, and from there play it the same chords as it would be without capo. C, E7/B, Am, G, F. then G bar chord on 9th fret. For the notes leading into the chorus its just a variation of G to C then back to the regular rhythm, hope this helps.
