The G8 is very fast and you did a nice job with it. The GTR is stock and not modified so it's really not a fair race and yes, the guy in the GTR does not know how to drive it! None the less, good job with the G8. I would like to see more races and see what your car can really do.

No stock gtr does 0-60 anywhere close to 2.4 seconds. The fastest i have ever seen is 2.8-2.9 seconds. Not to take away from the exploits of the g8, but the 0-60 time of 2.4 is pure poppycock.

The Maxima has 326,000 miles and it's a DD, the G8 is more of my travel/weekend car. The build quality is far superior than you think. Re: osirisvb - I built the system under each manifold. They're tucked between the frame and transmission. With a .87 a/r, they take a little more to build boost, but hold up at higher RPMs.

Re: osirisvb - I built the system under each manifold. They're tucked between the frame and transmission. With a .87 a/r, they take a little more to build boost, but hold up at higher RPMs.

This G8 has aftermarket twinturbos, in order to beat the GTR it needs 2 turbos even though it already has a 2.2L advantage, wish to continue this debacle? Replacement for Displacement = Turbos. Lets take the N/A 6.0 with a 6 speed vs a N/A 3.7L 370z Auto. 0-60 for the 6.0L G8? 4.7 seconds, 1/4 mile? 13.0 seconds, Not impressive at all for a 6.0L V8. The 370 with a V6 (only making 30 less hp and down 2.3L) does the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times exactly the same. GTR comes with stock turbos from the factory. a G8 does not. A G8 cant even beat a N/A 3.7L without them. Dont get me started on tuning a gtr.

@clarda1 You forgot to mention that the G8 is a FULL SIZE vehicle which weighs much more because it simply is much more of a car than the go kart 370Z. That alone makes it much more impressive than the anchor boat nissan with the 3.7. Imagine a stock V8 with turbos? Ohh! The ZR-1. Perfect example! Beats the GTR in all categories except 0 to 60 do to traction issues which can be readily solved with a pair of slicks. No contest!
