You speaking cut off at the end, couldn't hear what you were saying, but as for joint pain and bone spurs (plantar fascitis), I use glucosamine and chondroitin (comes in one pill) and it really helps me :)
For joint pain= glucosomene (spelling?) As far as the working out, does your local YMCA offer scholarship memberships? I know the one I go to does. They also offer some great classes, including workouts in the pool(less stress on the joints!)
@marionpjohnson Yea I am going to check it out. The Y has a discount program but I have no source of income at all. My parents are checking into helping my out with that tho. This ones pool is outside so they close in Aug. sad huh?
Hey brother what about a local mall for walking inside? We have what I call mall walkers here that do laps everyday. I think not wearing shoes around the house when I was at my heaviest and not getting out much messed my back up even more so I feel ya. I am going to inbox you a link to what helped me with my knees when I started my journey @ over 500 lbs. bro. I know not working sucks bro use that time and frustration to fuel your journey to health.
@Reset2Day Man my local mall is 30 mins away and it is a ghetto mall. I would not leave my car outside if you paid me to. It can man! Ever since I have been unemployed my back has gotten worse. It sucks! Thanks you the pm man. That is what I have been doing. Trying to fix meals that are good for us all.
@TheUnbreakableOne Man I had my ticket and everything and they called 2 days before I left and told me they could not use me cause of my 3 points on my record. My other job would not take me back cause they quit hiring full timers back in April.
Hey, how about you get an old bike, make a stand for the back wheel so that it wont touch the floor but can still spin, and go biking indoors.But buy a better/cushier seat probably though.And figure out a way for it to have some resistance to spin. May be easier on the joints too.
Thats my plan for cheap exercise. I once lost 40 pounds with 1 hour on the bike 4 times a week maintaining a certain heart-rate also helped me know if im exercising hard enough, or too much.
