@bingleyson dont fall into the gimmick quick stuff... stick to basic compound lifts like the bench press squat deadlift powerclean barbell shoulder press... do those mornings and late do sprints its called HIIT look it up. And you will evenutally max your vert with that.

There are several TRX exercises that help you to jump higher ...lunges...squats...crunches to name a few
