Awesome. It helps to see it slow and controlled. I watched highlights of races to see how it's done, but they go way too fast to see the process step by step.

Yeah, it's not that hard. but...
Takes too much energy! You waste tons of energy bunny hopping, and you'll end up worn out by the end of the race. CX is all about conserving energy and being fluid.
