Good video bro. I used to be a criterium and track cyclist when i was younger from 13-15 years of age won a few nat titles and state titles. now im 21 and i wanna get back into it and go hard. im no stranger to the training but i am with the weight lifting MIXED with cycling. i lift 3 times a week for 3 years already and my body kinda looks like chris hoys (not to brag) you could say. Well my question is how will i mix in cycling with weight training because i dont want to overtrain my legs.
@wwtdd1 Thank you. That is quite a good and complex question. It would be my pleasure to help you with your periodization and training planning if this is what you want. I know how important it is to be able to transfer weight training gains into the specific discipline and it is therefore my expertise to mix weight lifting with cycling in order to be as good as possible on D day. E-mail me at henripotvin@activeperformance.ca and we'll be able to communicate more easily.
