oh this song... it just ruins me. This song came out the year that my best friend was murdered. We were 11 and this song was the only thing that got me through it. They make it even more heart wrenching now that it was originally.

it's about a suicide at a school and the school officials trying to cover it up, or not talk about it.

Johnny killed himself and no one is talking about it.

lol, in 97, when MoN came out, I was 12. I thought Taylor was so breathtakingly gorgeous. I wore that CD out so badly. its all scratched up lol. I had to buy another one. same album. I've still got the original. and Snowed In. I listen to that every Christmas. even this last one. its the one Christmas CD that I play the most. I was so hooked on them. lol. I bought posters, CDs, even a couple videos. i wonder where those are now....lol. Now they're all married with kids. hasn't seem that long...

Hanson were much younger than the JB when they started their "group" and when they first got famous.. they did'nt put up together as a band by anyone but themselvs. The Jonas Broters were put together as a group cause I know one of them wanted to have a solo career.. and to me, at least, Hanson are much more talented, down to earth, and real.

if i'm not mistaken Zac was barely 10 or 11 when it came out and by their breakout in '97 Issac was already a teenager.

Everything happened in the 1990's for Hanson, because they were just the cute, teenybopper group that everyone, myself included loved to listen to and watch play.

when they started doing their MoN songs again, it was said that it was the first time they performed Yearbook live. not way back when. but i've also noticed, that in ALL of the videos where they peform 'yearbook', he stills says that line. the audience sings along, and you can hear the difference. he's singing' though he never wrote me nothing" and everyone's singing "there's a name without a picture" at first. i think it fits. i've loved them since 97 but god I want to hear that line lol

What an amazing preformance the whole DVD. They are one of the few artists out their who can put a new spin on their old/new songs, making them feel knew, but still the same songs we all love.

BTW I love this song, one of my favorites off MON. It's almost a bit haunting.
