Awesome video Jon! I have a question for you. Next month I'm flying to Budapest with Malev. Some airliners don't allow to take videos in flight. What should I do to 'cheat' ?

This is a fantastic takeoff video! I always love the sound of the engines as the plane thunders down the runway during the takeoff sequence. Nice view of that ship down there before the plane climbs into the clouds.

I'm gonna miss Continental once they completely absorb into United in the New Year...they were one of few major airlines with an all-Boeing fleet...at least their livery is part of the merger. And I have to say, I like the new United-Continental livery. But oh well the merger is final, and I kinda liked United and Continental's separate image. Miss you Continental, but you're still half here , I guess. :)

And I mean US-based airlines. I know that other airlines in the US like Southwest, have all-Boeing and are just as big as Continental. And other airlines outside of the US, too, like Ryanair. But Continental has a solid diverse Boeing fleet (nothing against 737s) :-) American did but now it's getting A320s - I'm just sort of a boeing fan :)

@aserna32 when they merged they kept the coa livery, changed the name on the plane tounited, and jus recently all their call sign are now united b/c it just got approved by the FAA. United will never be coa

Grate vid!! BTW. . .you know, somthing tells me. This merger is strange, I see COA liverys, COA Callsigns and the only thing UAL I see is the "name" on the forward fucealage. I beleave this is some kind of interum livery and COA will eat United in the end and we will say good0by to United and hello to the "New" COA.
