Proven and officially admitted now by the CIA and government: NEVER were any WMD's, Iraq had NO terrorist links. It was all a fabricated lie to gain control of the middle east and its resources i.e. oil! The big picture that i'm suggesting we look at, rather than get too caught up in debating one aspect i.e. WMD's in Iraq, is that we, as responsible citizens should question the government and pay attention to what they do. They have duped the citizens countless times in history as declassified docs and whistleblowers etc will show. The government has lost all credibility. Look at motives, who has to gain, the evidence and reputation/character and the govt often looks guilty

Look, if a country follows its constitution, if it has one, in declaring a war it is a legal war. If russia decides to bomb america and it follows its constitution I'm not going to go around and complain about it being an "illegal" war.
The american constitution doesn't say when you should and when you shouldn't declare war so how it can say if its ok or if its no ok?

You're telling me you have no morals, no sense of what is right and wrong and that as long as one's country says it's ok to do something because it's in writing then you can do anything.
In theory, you are saying we can make genocide legal and you wouldn't have a problem with it because it is a law. Sadly you carry the same mindset as the corrupt government who are destroying the USA and it's constitution. You're obviously not a true patriot. A patriot protects the constitution.

I'm saying I believe the right to declare war is a nations right, as a result I don't believe the iraq war is illegal because of the fact the US followed its constitution to declare war. Never said it was right or wrong in the moral sense. Where did I say I wouldn't have a problem with a law that legalizes genocide? I'm arguing over the legality of this war and who has that authority to make the claim a war is legal or illegal. I'm not talking about the morality of wars.

Many of the laws, such as anti-terror laws and those that relate to foreign policy and the powers of government (state of emergency) were ushered in without congress support. They were brought in without the peoples proper representation. I'm surprised you have difficulty finding those proven facts. But i'll compile them for you. Also view the highly respected 'Vincent Bugliosi's' testimony against George Bush for war crimes (very compelling). By the way, watch Pakistan become the next victim.

The reason why is because I didn't look for the proven facts because it isn't my job to look for those proven facts. It's your job to provide them as you are the one making the claim, its not my job to confirm what you are saying. For example did you know that proven facts show that the US did indeed find wmd in iraq, the problem was the wmd was not nuclear weapons and were in fact too badly degraded and were from the first gulf war.

Your argument has more holes than swiss cheese. You are saying we are not to seek the truth because we are not making the claim? What about when the government is making the claim? Shouldn't they provide the facts, the truth? Isn't it in the people's best interest to question their government? No I'm not saying that. I'm saying that when you are in a debate to prove something the person making the claim has the burden of proof. I'm telling you that the reason why I didn't find it was because I didn't bother to search it because I don't have the burden to find that information. I have been seeking the truth by demanding that you prove your claims by providing the sources for your "proven facts" which you have yet to do.

Proven and officially admitted now by the CIA and government: NEVER were any WMD's, Iraq had NO terrorist links. It was all a fabricated lie to gain control of the middle east and its resources i.e. oil! I support our troops 100% and feel bad that they are risking their lives for a cause the population has been lied about. As for Afghanistan, the U.S. government created that mess many years ago. The government is the real enemy.

It has been proven. Documents show how CIA evidence was edited. Government officials admitting they manipulated information. There are countless whistle-blowers (also ex CIA). Not to mention the majority of the world was against the war. The CIA weren't pushing for the war, rather their intel was manipulated and edited. Unfortunately, to the public's detriment, mainstream media are controlled by the corporate agenda. I just happen to study history, check various sources and connect the dots.

Disagree that they don't want stability. In fact if you look at the orignal aftermath documents operations plan the goal was to only have 40,000 US troops in december of 2003. The iraq war was always planned to be a quick war.

The intel apparently was sugar coated by the CIA themselves because they were sick and tired of being accused of going against the presidents policies. The white house didn't manipulate or edit the intel. That was all done by the cia in its conclusions.

I don't know where to start in response to your most recent points. I have news footage, newspaper articles etc. to substantiate my claims. Also many well known identities support them. But ultimately, my real beef is with the government and the big picture of their intentions. I don't want to squabble of minor details....
