Rick Perry: We Should Put Term Limits on Supreme Court Judges

It's an idea, even though it's not completely formulated yet. But the only reason he wants to kick out supreme court justices is so that he can force religion on people in ways like having prayer in schools. He's just being completely ignorant there and I find it kinda offensive. I mean what about all the kids that don't believe in religion? They shouldn't have to be subjected to that.

This is an interesting idea and might make our whole judicial system a little more responsive to the citizens as well as to Congress. I would think it would need to be a minimum term of about 16 years and they should come up at regular intervals so that one president couldn't appoint more than 1/2 of them. I think I give Rick a positive check on this idea. Any more thoughts?

He does have an exemplary record of creating jobs. He doesn't debate well, but the proof is in his record. Folks wouldn't elect him governor for 10 years if he didn't do well. Either way, he's far better than Obama. But that's not saying much is it?
