Great video & she is so cute & full of energy. We have 2 westies, which are brother & sister & she teases him to death and he is so layed back. They are going to be 11 years old in April & they are still going strong. They have cost us several thousand dollars over the years with all of the allergies, valley fever and ear infections, in fact the female is totally deaf from so many ear infections & she constantly gets yeast infections on her skin from allergies but they are worth every penny

@angietacao She will be the best friend you will ever, ever, have so do take the best of care of her :o) She is so wonderful! If she get an ear infection (yeast) from the water try Zymox. It clears up the infections of the ears caused by too much moisture. I know as I've had 7 Westies! From babies to the end 13 to 16 years later. I have two Westie rescues now and love them sooo very much. Can't ask for more loyal friends. Happy Life :o)
I'm away at University now, and miss my Westie to such a remarkable degree. Lupi is absolutely adorable, and I'm sure his mischievousness hasn't subsided at all! Enjoy every moment with him; they really are some of the most loving dogs around.

Yes, stripping is the best for any westie and your westie Seven is ready for it.
My sweet Lupi had her first stripping when she had 3 months old. It's the right time, because they need to get used to it when they're puppies.
The stripping prevents coat problems, because the westie's coat has a doble layer and the stripping is the removal of the dead coat, so the new can grow without any problem.
So, don't hesitate. Your westie is ready! You just need to find someone who knows how to do it.

My westie suffers from severe skin allergies...his skin turns black!! Some kind of fungus and the doctors can't find a good remedy. :(

West high land white terriers are cute dogs but the puppys are realy fight dogs there are pit hounds :) but i like that it are good and buty dogs :)

She had her first stripping before this video.
Stripping is the name of the coat's treatment on westies. Their coat shouldn't be trimmed.
