It was fun and definately a unique experience. The hike across to the island was about 14 miles, I believe. The guides told us that, lucky for us, the water was lower that day than normal so we made pretty good time and took maybe a handful of little breaks as we'd reach these little sandbar type areas.
Thats quite a hike! It would have been nice to have canoes or kayaks waiting on the island to use on the way back.

That's quite a hike! It would have been nice to have kayaks waiting on the island, to use on the way back. Good video!
