I've fired the SA80A2 and LSW variants. It kicks but not as much as an AK round or other larger-calibre round would. It probably kicks less than most rifles, even some 9mm pistols - due to weight and size.

I dunno how the Tavor handles, but I can tell you right now that if it's anything like the Steyr that's about right. 5.56 weapons don't kick much at all, you barely even feel it.
