If your hair is extremely thick 200+ may be needed but if your hair is thin 125+ should be enough. If your hair has a medium thickness 150 to 180 strands are recommended. The amount of strands that are needed for an entire head varies according to the hair thickness of each.

If your hair grows fast we recommend maintenance after 1.5 to 2 months of wear. Micro links without the screws are not damaging. We sell the ones without screws.
