What is left of the house facade is on private property and the Ranch does not allow tours. The only way to see it up close is to rent a private plane.

Irish - The movie was made in '56 and yes, West Texas was in the middle of a 7 year drought. It never rains a whole lot out here, but that was a bad one even for us!
