You can adjust the preload on the front suspension to dial out some of the 'tippy' as you put it. It will stiffen the front up nicely as well and prevent nose diving etc.
lol my friend's mom has one of these i love riding it, although her's isn't as tippy... her's looks exactly like that except for her's has a kwl paintjob
My suspension springs are set at the middle notch (factory setting). Move your body toward the inside of the circle(the side that turning to)it might help. Don't give to much gas, about 1/3 of the full stroke on the throttle lever.
correct ur body position....u're helping it to tip over ....
