A quick trick of the trade. Coming from a very well experienced drinker. If you apply some butter, or margarine of nearly any kind onto the funnel, when you pour onto the butter, you get nearly zero foam, no matter how erratic you pour the beer. Any bubbles that do form are very large, and dissipate within a few seconds. Drink up boys. :D
