yeah its true about robert! he is way too old for lestats part! even though tom cruise is like 50 aswell he can still pull of 20 WAY better that Robert!!!! Tom Cruise is the best choice to play lestat!!!! Stuart is hott but the movie QOTD was jacked up bad!!! Its all wrong!!! And i like stuart's accent!!!

Robert Downy Jr said he was up to play the part..BUT he's like 50 years old and LEstat's character was like 20 when he was turned. I'd rather see Tom Cruise reprise his role as lestat..Stuart Townsend who played lestat in queen of the damned was horrible not to mention so was the film.

i love this song. it is very romantic and great. when i listened this song, i began to want to see the movie the interview with a vampire but i am a kind of fearful person:S so can someone tell me if the movie is a scary one or a romantic one like the song.

Yes, this song was inspired by Interview with the vampire. Sting intended it to be from Louis's perspective.
