You are amazing. Thanks for the demos. I don't quite understand the paperclip. Do you tie the balloons first, then push the paperclip thru near the opening? Does the paperclip go thru each balloon 1 time only? When you said that the paperclip was not down far enough, what does that mean? Thanks!

You CAN just tie the balloons, however, you get greater control over manipulating the balloon section when you use the paper clip.

I try to avoid any outside decorating as the outside environment is totally unpredictable. Thanks.

why do you use a paper clip instead of just tying all balloons? do you attach all sections also with the clip? you say push in place also will the brick be ok to use outside for stability? I love how detailed u are thank you.
