You should know that it's you and I the consumer that pay the corporate income taxes, not the corporations. They just pass along the cost to the consumer. Yes, heckling and shouting by backbenchers during question period is a common occurence. The idea is to distract the speaker and make him trip up. IMHO, the parliamentary system is far preferable to the presidential system in the US where the President can hide behind his speechwriters and carefully choreographed photo ops.
