This is a good Lineman and seems like a great Co Op. I started out with a Contractor and the Lineman that I was assigned to never did anything but talk crap about me, try to make me feel terrible, and NEVER TAUGHT ME ANYTHING! He refused to answer ANY of my questions, and basically did everything he could to keep me from learning anything. He told me I'd learn more from them in a week than i would in a year working at a Co OP. I learned more in my first DAY at a Co Op than i did there in a year.
@Linester25 my dads a lineman too and he says if i plan on becoming an aprentice be aware of alot of guys like that. the pay is good either way so you should be happy.
