Geeezz.. Of course its a little exaggerated but Italians do more or less sound like this when they talk English and ITS OK. Its just an accent. Perfectly normal. The English language has timbres that are not present in the Italian language and vice versa. And thats what you hear. This explains the different sound to it. You can tell its not natural.
