This gentleman is very intelligent with great ideas and leadership ability. I hope he can organize people and someone on top can HEAR THIS MAN and take note in order to RECOGNIZE SOLUTIONS!!!
why when he said rock in a chair and let your feet blow in the breez did you say omg i am not trying to be mean infact it brought a tear to my eye i am just wondering
Remember Ayn Rand? Bashing unions? Trickle Down and Supply Side? This is what we clamored for when we voted Reagan into office. A cancerous imposter of gov't trashed the New Deal legacy of promoting the public good. "Greed Is Good!" and damn the Social Contract. The ultimate moral good is whatever grows Wall Street, even if millions are dislocated and harassed into submission by a malignant police state
It will take a Romanian Revolution X1000 to overhaul America but, we're slaves and we know it
The problem is, a lot of people falling through the cracks are the most above average in intelligence. It's the voidbots that are just smart enough to show up for work and properly execute mundane tasks that remain employed, because they're not a threat to their supervisors, corporations, or the overall status quo. Being too smart in this economy is as much of a curse as being an addict or mentally ill.
Lord have mercy upon them! Isn't there someone who has vacant land that they are willing to donate for the cause so the homeless can have a place for residency and get a second chance at getting back on their feet again?
More than same on america; what an evil nation for perpetrating such crimes against its people whilst taking their taxes and goodwill to genocide people in asia.
i agree the government can do more and less in alot of ares but we too can do more instead of comment how bad it is our gov needs our help getting of their asses and fix this , africa gets millions of our dollars while our own are suffering here we need to stop that problem and take car of our own first before other nations get our money
Sometimes I read such nasty, smug comments from people who think they are better than the homeless you see here. The smug ones think they have it made with their high credit ratings and ROTH accounts, whatever. They don't realize that at any time they could lose it all due to circumstances sometimes beyond their control. Homelessness can happen to anyone at any time, and there are times when we all need help, even when we have stability and "security".
I do not understand why more cities do not get into the whole movement of stabilizing the homeless situation. I mean there just are so many things that can be done to assist these people in getting back on their feet, yet people seem to be all to consumed with shunning them and pretending they just do not exist. To make it illegal to just want a safe place to lay your head is unreal to me. If we do not help each other we are all simply lost in the end.
The standard of the government is too high that even they themselves can't abide to all the thousands of laws rules and regulation if they were on the otherside of the coin under scrunity through out their life span. Living on earth has now become such a political issue makes me ponder how God will judge us all whether by race, sex, citizenship or how much you make annually?
His head and his hairs were white like wool, his feet brass as if they burned in a furnace. Rev 1:14. His arms and his feet like colour to polish brass. We just saw how Christ might look when he returns.
All people need is a little help but the government doesn't want to do that. They would rather ticket people instead of giving people the help they need to get back on their feets. That's the sad part.
Many who has lost their jobs and homes, also lost their retirement too as they ran out of unemployement, there is no other resources available than to use up the 401K. Even if things were to get better, this old man will not have any way to retire. That if things gets better?
Sure. That would be an awesome idea. But it wouldn't work because every time you propose American's share they scream "Communism!!", and get out their guns.
damn thise man is very wise!

Me, too. Too told to get a job and too young for SS or Medicare. Rotting on the vine. The generation of the unwanted.

If only the powers that be were a tenth as intelligent as this fellow, we wouldn't have half of the problems we do.
