These vehicles are not new. Some have nice paint jobs but they are old model M2A2 and M3A2 Bradleys, probably turned in from deactivating units in Korea or Germany (woodland paint job) on their way to get rebuilt at an army depot somewhere... some are even missing the armored side skirts.

Movment by train is the cheapest way to move this many tracked vehicals.
