  • Klink for president!!! He has my vote. LOL Love the way he told off Hochstetter too. heh heh heh.

  • @ridgerunner721601 Yha. For once, he actually stood up to Hochstetter. But, this is one of the only episodes he did and it was the first one Hoch. appeared in. After knowing what he was about, Klink rarely messed with him again. Klink can be president while Hochstetter can be primeminister (for Canada). That would be awesome!

  • @Hochstetter4Life LOL...Hey, I think it would be funny with Klink, Hochstetter, Schultz and Burkhalter as politicians in office. They couldn't be any worse than Obama, Holder, Pelosi or any of Soros' other stooges running around in Washington D.C. "What is this man doing here!!!!!" LOL

  • @ridgerunner721601 That would be great!!! If they were in office, the future would be bright.

  • @Hochstetter4Life Hey, at least they'd be funny. These scumbag politicians nowadays in Washington are not only incompetent and crooked, they're also boring...LOL. No reason Klink couldn't read a teleprompter just as easily as Obama does.

  • Colonel Klink was a military officer. Military officers were prohibited from joining a political party...therefore he wasn't a Nazi...

  • I can't believe they cancelled this series.

  • @Saitothesushi

It was cutting too close to the bone of what we all have to live through.

  • best series ever

  • Priceless. Thanks.

  • Colonel John Casey brought me here...

  • This is the best one, I was in the army from 1966 thru 1969, when I came home on leave saw this in Black and White. Thanks

  • Colonel Klink is my favorite Nazi.

  • What episode is this? Either way it is great! 0:00-3:40 is the best part!!!!!!

  • In german it sounds 100000 times better.

  • Umm...Hitler didn't speak English...,

  • @averypack13 Neither did many Germans during WWII...

  • @FederalPolice620 They also didnt keep officers in the same camps as enlisted men. Officers are a source of inspiration and need to be kept seperate from their subordinates when they are being held prisoner.

  • @DeltaFoxtrotWhiskey3 Didn't know that. Very interesting..

  • Hogan's Heroes reminds me a lot of Hetaila Axis Powers :D It's a Japanese anime show where it takes place during WWII and all the countries are human beings xD lol

  • Ihr Amis glaubt gar nicht wie geil die Serie auf deutsch ist... Besser als das original :)

  • Always thought it would be funny if in a twist at the end of the series Klink turned out to be a double agent working with the allies and acting like an idiot on purpose.

  • What episode was this?

  • Much, much better is the german version because of the great syncronisation, and the different german accents :D :D

  • german dub is better

  • @tcooldude1511 what about spanish dub or mandarin?

  • How come the germans speak in english to each other?

    ;-)

  • @electronfun

same reason they did in Schindler's List....so we'd understand them lol

  • @electronfun that's a good question, how come the americans, britishs and frenchs speak to each other in english? are there any filipinos in stalag13? I demand to know! coz I considred it racist that there are no asians in european warcamps back then.

  • @boobotlmz shut up

  • @boobotlmz the asians were all in the us lol

  • @boobotlmz

Yeah, I was surprised that they didn't include any Filipinos in the show. Lord knows there were millions of Filipinos in the allied air forces during the war...Sarcasm .

  • Lol General Fenstermacher XD

  • If they ever re-make this series, get Jim Carey to play Hogan....

  • @terrryc

I think Paul McDermont is a better choice.

  • Colonel Klink is HOT

  • Funny stuff. Thanks for posting this gem.

  • Heil Klink!!!

  • A lot better than 'Allo 'Allo.

  • justin.tv/hogans_heroes

  • "Jawohl, Herr Kommandant"... So süß, ihr deutsch ^^

  • @JohnPlayer2oo7 das sind deutsche....

  • @swunt10 meistens sogar Juden...

  • oh my god!

this show has always been freakin´ awesome!!!!

    i love it !!!!

    greetings from germany :-)

  • General Fenstermacher ^^

  • whitch season and episode is this?

  • my last name is klenk, not klink :)

  • I only wish they had a final episode. The allies invade the camp, and hogan tells klink everything.

  • This is my FAVORITE episode.

  • Very hilarious scene, really. Thanks!!

  • never trust a fat man!

    Heil Klink!

  • Fantastic ! Thanks SO much for posting this..One of my all time fav shows, back in the day !!!

  • Was a great show, his apearance in The Simpsons was funny as. Good on you Klink you were my favourite!!

  • LMAO_sum funny sh*t right there!

  • We miss Werner Klemperer.

He was a musician as well as actor...

    a VERY classy guy.

  • Yes, her father was Otto Klemperer, a famous German conductor, and after the series finished the actor took part in operas at Metropolitan, doing talking roles and narratives. He once told in an interview his character was still so popular that when he arrived at the opera house his colleagues used to greet him: "Good evening, Colonel".

  • Sorry, I meant HIS father!! (Pardon my fail...)

  • danke for the vid!!

  • Klink was the show !!!!

  • DO NOT COME NEAR ME!

  • Klink is definately a real german.. all ur guys approaches to sound german (like the house man in GTA SAn Andreas) simply make me laugh

  • oh gosh

  • in the german version the germans talk with accent it´s muchhhhh funnier :)

  • It's so funny. Klink's actor was Jewish and promised to play the part only under the condition that Klink NEVER does anything intelligent or right. It's really ironic that most of the Nazi's were played by Jewish actors.

  • I know Nothing, I see Nothing!!!!

  • Never heard of this in Ireland until Homer Simpson kept seeing him in an episode.

    Looks funny!!!

  • "NEVER TRUST A FAT MAN!"

  • hahaha!

  • this episode is hilarious!!!!!!!!!

  • wjv4me i agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great one-thanks for uploading it. Keep 'em coming. One of the best

    shows ever!

  • "Going to have a visitor?"

    LOL

  • Klink is...rather impressive when he thinks he's winning. It's a bit alarming.

  • Even Hitler hates the Detroit Lions(utube)

  • It's pretty easy to fool the German generals when all they do is speak English with German accents.

  • That's the reason why Werner Klemperer said that he would only play Klink when the Germans were shown as the loosers.

  • Well the enemy anyway.

  • funny fact: Klink is actually Jewish-German.

  • Klink Shultz Burkhalter and Hochstetter were all jewish. LeBeau was too, he survived Aushwitz.

  • Robert Clary survived Buchenwald not Auschwitz.

  • yeah my bad

  • He still survived. You have to respect him for that. 'm pretty sure everyone agrees. To those that sufferred in World War II!

  • yeah....he wanted to do this role as a way of gettin' back at the Nazis, and Schulz did the same thing too

  • Robert Clary is french, isn't he?! In the show, he never wears a t-shirt or something like that because he still has the tattoo with his number in Buchenwald on his arm.

  • @oscool90 Your right about that, I never knew about the T shirt thing, Thats true that he always wears a sweater

  • @oscool90 Clary is his stage name. I believe his birthname is Robert Wasserman (I think). He lost his entire family in WW II in concentration camps.

  • I never understood how Werner (Klink) was able to hold that monocle for that long of period of time with his eye without something occurring for it to fall out plus how was he able to blink?

  • It was stuck on with see through stickytape,

This was just on his brow, therefore he was able to blink, as you can see near the end of the video

  • when Klink is feeling real confident, especially when he thinks he is Hitler's successor, he can make one hell of a speech.

  • Soooooo funny. : )

  • Hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @GermanKlink:

    Nein das ist nicht richtig.

In der deutschen Fassung wird Werner Klemperer von Joachim Siebenschuh gesprochen.

  • klink hat im deutschen dieselbe stimme

  • haha i always wondered why the klink never spoke in german

  • We need more Hochstetter!

    VERR IZZ THAT MAAAAAANNNNNNNN!!

  • @knouraee I love Hochstetter too, he always gives me some of the biggest laughs on this show.

  • @knouraee

    YOU'RE MAD KLINK!

  • Nothing funnier than hanging with Nazi cutups.

  • Never trust a fat man!!

  • Love it-thanks for uploading this-please do more for us!

  • Friggin' hilarious!
