  • Nice VCR...

  • @Mwwahaha eagle eyes :) we put it in the video as an "easter egg" and it took almost 8,500 views for someone to comment. we figured it would be comment #1.

  • can you buy a item that allow the rs220 to be use outside of home? no need for the stationary transmitter and use it as mobile headphone also?

  • @RedRyders not at this time

  • does it work with ipod touch?

  • @governer77 it connects into the headphone plug of the iPod touch (check the video)

  • Hello, i'm going to buy the RS 170 and i have an iMac 2010 model.

Can i get the most of the surround feature?

  • @v3rnam as long as you have an audio source with 1/8" headphone plug (check) or RCA outputs, you will be able to use the surround simulation

  • Does these work on computer, windows 7?

  • @TheApiala absolutely...my email wasn't enough? :)

  • @TheApiala yes. It Works.

  • Haha the ending made me laugh. Well I'll be getting one of these soon. It'll be my 2nd sennheiser product after the HD 25-1 II.

@Melonmasters: Yes, it has a 3.5 mm male to male cord to plug into both the ipod and the wireless docking station.

  • @sennheiserusa Will the Sennheiser KLEER Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones (RS 160) Have cords to attach to my Ipod touch 4th gen?

  • @melonmasters yes

  • So... if your audio source is an iPod Touch or an iPhone, it circumvents the base and the wires and stuff and goes right to bluetooth? You don't need to keep the base plugged into your iPhone's 3.5 mm and haul the base around with you do you?

  • @EdouardDubois your ipod touch or iphone would have to stay connected to the audio cable, which is about 6ft. From there, you can be wireless. there is no bluetooth in the RS 180. you do not need to lug the base around with you.

  • @sennheiserusa

    No bluetooth...

So I can't take these to work or go to the beach or anything like that... I see. Are there any high fidelity bluetooth headphones yet? The kind that don't need a base that's plugged into the wall? Or has technology not reached that point yet?

  • @EdouardDubois hello, the base station must be plugged into a wall. the RS 160, however, has a portable transmitter that can be battery powered. they sound incredible. if you want bluetooth, you could also go PX 210 BT, and pair it with the BTD 300i or BTD 300 Audio dongles...they provide APT-X quality sound over Bluetooth which is very very good. The 2nd recommendation (PX 210 BT) is much more portable.

At least now I know High-Fi bluetooth exists! Thanks.

  • @EdouardDubois this uses Kleer, not Bluetooth-- big difference!

  • @cena750 hello-- you can connect this to any headphone plug or RCA output. Your TV or receiver likely has these plugs.
