mr hill. Thank you very much! you have fullfilled a dream for me. i use to tape the shows on a tape recorder and play it back in my head while listening. No vcr's back then. The show was my favorite of all time. Please can you put them all on utube? Im sure its time consuming but it looks like alot of people would love to see it. I would love to hear from you can you email me at webberernie@gmail.com and let me know if you can do it for us. Thanks Again. your awesum.
I loved this back then, I've just got to get the DVD, there was one particular story I can recall, memory is very vague on the detail but he was doing a show in the story where he "disappeared" on stage in a puff of smoke, he actually went through a secret door, but then he had to deal with some villain all in the space of the time he "vanished" to the audience, he had a tape of his voice on, so they thought he was still around, after dealing with matter he reappeared, fun stuff.
@tdelamont There was a RL (real life) magician by the same name who complained (threatened to sue?) So they changed it. They kinda rebooted the series & changed a few things, like the scars on Tony's wrists. I just uploaded the pilot in 9 parts. :-)
@DaWrath2 the series was cool & classy. the 1970's was cool & classy. Bill Bixby had class & good looks. i still miss him. those girls were sure pretty.
That terrific theme music still gives me a chill down my spine. In summer '76, ABC would run it after midnight. I have fond memories of sneaking out of bed on a school night to watch it. Pre-DVD and VCR, all I could do was audio record it. It is so weird to see it again after having only heard it for the past 30 years. It's a very visual show, so I'd forgotten much of the action to go with the sound that's burned into my brain.
I have such fond memories of this show. I wish I could find it on DVD...

He sure was. A few Incredible Hulk episodes were filmed there, like the Li Sung ones and The Psychic, which featured his ex-wife Brenda Benet (RIP).

Christopher Stone's in this one. He would go on to star in Streets Of San Francisco episode Police Buff, once again teaming up with Bill Bixby.
