just wanted to drop by and say awesome, best cotton eye joe i've found. i just started playing a few months ago (lessons).  how long did that one take you?

@Syxx676 Not too long. A day or two. I know how to read music, which really helps to get a tune down fairly quick. Hows your lessons going? I took lessons for 7 or 8 years growing up(classical). Are you learning by music or imitation?

@Syxx676 I do have the sheet music to it, but you'll be needing the whole book if your going to learn how to fiddle. It's called the Craig Duncan Master Fiddle Solo Collection. Great stuff in that book.

Thanks! That fiddle was about 1800.00, but I have another one that sounds just about as good, that I got for about 500.00. Just never know when you will run across a good deal.
