  • You should eat between 5-8 smaller meals a day to help your body properly metabolize and take in important nutrients from the food your eating. Each meal should, for the most part consist of low fat proteins and a complex carbohydrate such as brown rice along with a fruit and vegetable of your choice. All serving sizes should be approximately the size of your palm. If you want a little more weight make the protein the size of your hand.

    thirdly,rest alot,give your body 2-3 days to recover (this is where the muscles repair themselves and adds extra muscle to compensate the new stress it is now experiencing.

But the manager has allowed me to because I go to school where the gym is, and because he thinks I'm physically able. However, meaning you no offense, I doubt you have been 'weight training' since you were 11.

  • @alteredchild At age 11 I was bullied for being incredibly tall and thin. I told my dad about me being bullied and he decided it would be best if I was to gain more muscle. My dad was a bodybuilder when he was younger, but he still continues to lift, so it's obvious that he has a lot of weights in the house. I trained 3 times a week when I was 11 and just after my 12th birthday I started training 5 times a week.

(but shorter) I was kinda tubby when I was younger, then started dancing in middle school, then in high school I grew about a foot, I don't have any vids up of me flexing or anything, but I think in my batman belt tutorial (that I still need to finish) I have my shirt off.   • dude all you gotta do is eat take weight gainer, such as whey protein and such, i used monster mass by muscle milk and ate four meals a day. i was 120-130 my whole life at 5'10 and hated it. the girls seemed to not mind but i did. never had problems with girls my motivation was the skinny jokes and weak jokes. i got to 145 and bottomed out so i took deca and test 250mg and bulked up to 165 in two months. steriods is a last resort for me i needed it because of my matabolism. not recommeneded tho

    I put on about 30lbs but then lost it (due to unrelated illness) but am putting it back on again. Currently at 147lbs and aiming for 170lbs.

    I worked out a really good routine and way of eating and exercising that you build up to and isn't a massive shock to the system. PM if you'd like to know more, I'll be happy to explain what worked for me.

  • Try going from 232 pounds at the age of 13 and losing all that to 165 pounds and kept that weight for 2 years. I'm 18 now. And I was big a long time ago. But I thank my dad for being there for me to accomplish one thing. To get the strength to lose weight. Now gaining weight on the other hand for muscle. Is easy. Just eat healthy man. Activitys everyday. And workouts! Don't go above 2000 calories a day. And always drink 8 cups of water. :)

  • I was skinny my whole life untill I started to drive a truck locally. just sat in the truck and at hime stuffing my face with junk food. No excerise. I went from 6'3 157 to 217 max. took almost 2 years to gain it though. Not the best way but it worked for me. I tried alot of weight gainers before this but the serving sizes were way to large. I couldnt eat and drink them. So find the most fatening foods stuff your face with them. Just say your prayers before you go to sleep at night

  • @MrBizaaro ya for sure, pretty much i eat A LOT. constantly asking my mom for food. It's not important what you eat as long as a majority of it's healthy. Having junk food is fine, because it reduces stress levels. But while I was going through my gain phase I supplemented my workouts with Mass Gainer. Took 2 scoops 1 time a day. went through almost 2 10 pound tubs. DO NOT have this is you aren't working out. I went to the gym 3 times a week EVERY week.

If you know any can you link me to them? and ya I gotta improve my diet, it's not nearly as healthy as it should be. i'm still eating junk food everyday, and now im finding it super hard to tone my abs to make them more defined :S

  • @xxG4M3ROCKRxx whoah. ok. alot of things. first off: DIET. it needs to be perfect (consistency, timeliness, nutrients) there is a exponential difference between 90% diet and 100% diet and honestly by what youve said id be amazed if you are doing 50% of whats trully required. first off, 6 to 8 meals a day NO exceptions (a post workout shake and fast acting carbs count) your diet should be PERFECT in nutrients as well. chicken brown rice almonds veggies, oatmeal egg whites steak fish potatos

  • @xxG4M3ROCKRxx FORM IS EVERYTHING. dont train like Jay cutler. focus on slow, controlled lifts, people say lift big get big, and then they just throw around weight thats too heavy for them and they just look foolish, the weight is a TOOL to hit your muscle and provide resistance during a contraction. never be afraid of low weight. sometimes i dumbbell press 90s sometimes 30s, but regardless when i press, im hitting my chest and only my chest, no delts no triceps, as far as your splits

  • @xxG4M3ROCKRxx as far as your splits, yes changing up your workouts is extremely important but i dont think thats your biggest problem right now. switch workouts out intuitively. what feels good, what needs work, which body parts are being neglected, whats dominant. youll figure it out. ive already spent way too much time messaging you, btw im not some youtube troll who goes around messaging ppl. this was my good deed for the day. i wished someone did the same for me when i was where you are now

  • @placenciaify haha dont worry my friend. youll be fine. you dont want to get fat anyways. when i was 16 i was 5'10 120! i couldnt put on muscle for the life of me, mostly because of my DIET and shitty knowledge of training but also because at 16 youre balls havent even dropped. im still 5'10 and im pushing 180 lean at 21. and at 21 MY balls still havent dropped. you reach your peak years at 25, 24 EARLIEST and that carries on late into your 30s if you are consistent. dont give up or lose hope

  • i'm 5'6" and weigh 110 roughly. i remember last smmer i ate 3 big meals a day and basically maxed out at about 116. both my parents are my height and my dad is skinny except for his big gut. we are kinda short on money so if we had more on a monthly basis i might could get back to that or even more. im starting college in january. im trying to find a part time job so i can make some extra money to buy more food for myself

  • well i always thought i ate so much i was and am stil fighting against my weight im 6foot 4 in my bad times i was depressed and only 57kg in 3months i fight myself up to 63 and now im fighting higher already reached 67kg and the only thing im doing is moving my body 30mins a day and eating healthy + 1shake thats all i must admit when i gained that much weight in 3months i did train but only compound squats,benchpress,deadlift and pull ups i will reach my 90kg goal !!!

  • @TheTophs Don't start making excuses for yourself. You didn't try hard enough and you weren't eating enough, simple as that. It doesn't matter how skinny someone is, if they are eating a huge calorie surplus, they will put on weight. It doesn't matter how fast your metabolism is. Count your calories, find out what you eat in an average day, and begin to add more to it, with an end goal of 1000-2000 more calories per day. You will gain weight.

  • @hexums I agree with you man. Either your workout routine are bad, or not using good form when exercise, or you haven't eat enough protein/calories before and after workout. In a year, you can only gain 5 - 25 lbs of muscle, more than that will be fat. Beside, you can get maximum result by using supplements that increase muscle fast. I gain 30 lbs of weight in 9 month for training so hard and eating right. I'm even broke for using too much money on food. (working 36 hrs a week). Change my body.

  • @hexums 1000-2000 extra calories a day will definitely make you gain weight but not only in muscle. The body can't make use of much more than 500 surplus calories a day.
