Ok there buddy. Maurice got the Canes to the Stanley Cup Finals back in 2002. That's no fluke! You can just tell the emotion and the passion for the team here. It's pretty much written on his face. Maurice is an amazing coach. He just had nothing to work with this year. You try and put out a better effort with that squad buddy. Paul's amazing, and will find work with another team in the near future.

Maurice is a great coach. He took the Whalers in their last 2 years and made them competitive where they really shouldn't have been close to the playoffs. The Leafs absolutely shouldn't get rid of him. Keep Sundin, bring up some of the younger talent, they're used to playing with Paul Maurice from when he coached the Marlies. The Leafs will be fine.
I liked the part where he was talking about Tucker, how tucker is working so hard and getting nothing to show for it. Like Maurice said, Tucker could put in powerplay goals with a spoon last season, and i feel for them. There is so much pressure on the leafs especilly, and I wish nothing for the best for the leafs and lets just hope that this is the worst of it and the leafs can start winning some games.

For years they didnt have the salary cap and did nothing. Even with the salary cap now they are still crooks. Even though salaries are capped the MLSE still increase ticket prices and fail to provide positive results.

The leafs played well last night, but the penalties in the 3rd period hurt them. 2/3's of this game they were the better team. The old cliche "you got to play 60 minutes to win" doesn't always make sense because San Jose played 20 minutes and won.
