One must accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and repent of their past, present and future sins. When Jesus died on the cross, He died for all three of those. After we really have invited Jesus/God into our life, He will then lead us to the truth of the Bible, how we are to live, and how to forgive.

We are to confess our sins but that is to let God know that you know that it was a sin. Proof? Well, in my case God let me know I had done the right thing and I saw many things that also confirmed it. Prayers were answered in a way that couldn't have been from any human. One must accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and repent of their past, present and future sins. When Jesus died on the cross, He died for all three of those. After we really have invited Jesus/God into our life, He will then lead us to the truth of the Bible, how we are to live, and how to forgive.

We are to confess our sins but that is to let God know that you know that it was a sin. Proof? Well, in my case God let me know I had done the right thing and I saw many things that also confirmed it. Prayers were answered in a way that couldn't have been from any human. I just know that I know that I know. There is a God and He loves me. WOW!

in the old teastament people sacrificed animals so their sins would be forgiven. when they would sacrifice an animal it would die a sinner's death, and the person would be made clean unless he/she sinned again. the bible says the wages of sin is death. jesus was the ultamate sacrifice. he took all the sin we've ever done and ever will do on him, and died the sinner's death so we might be saved. all you have to do is repent and confess that jesus is lord.
