I'm really struggling to get a time under 6 minutes here. Almost got it earlier, but I keep dieing on really stupid places. Faith usually just doesn't grab onto things on crucial moments and that costs me a lot of time. >_> You're two minutes faster than me, dude. Wow, that's awesome.

god i hate that little jump and tuck so damn much, i can get the side jump to get to the sprint speed, though i still think its breaks the game a litte but damn i hate that little tuck jump.

THIS LEVEL IS AN ABSO-FUCKING-LUTE CUNT! By far the hardest trophy in the history of gaming and by a country fucking mile the hardest in the game, SuperStar is an easy trophy, no joke. This is a pile of shit.

If you make it to the elevator, fine, then either the pole leading down goes wrong, or somehow someway the poles prior the vent go completely cunty on you. Or then the snipers fuck you up & then the impossibility of the server room!

The hardest speedrun yet such low target time? No logic!

cool, all i need is this speedrun and i got mirrors edge platinum, this is hard i got 7 minutes so far i keep messing up at the generator room with the 5 guards and the 4 things u got to destroy i entered the room at 4:35 before and still didnt end the level on 6 minutes

at 2:08 you dont need to grab the pipe. you can perform a wallrun. its way faster. As always, very nice speedrun^^

They do. A lot. Not in this video though. I've been trying to record this run again for like a day now, and I always die at the snipers (found a new shortcut) or the server room cause they shoot me a lot.

You could just practice a lot.

Try the server room the fast way in like story mode. If you do it and shoot all the servers and stuff, go back down the stairs, let one of the other guys kill you, and repeat the server room when you respawn.

Just do this till you really get a feel for it and think you can do it in the speedrun

the most difficult part is the servor room...

There is a way to do it: just make as it is done in the video until jump onto the platform , then you don't disarm the guy but you jump under it, turn left, climbon the left before the small flight of stairs in front of you, again turn left and jump again onto the platform disarm the guy.

Now you're alone on the platform and won't be shot...

To be sure you can wait 1second in the elevator to make Swat guys run toward you. then they will run ...

Yeah it's easy for tha to happen. Just keep trying, go as fast as you can, and use reaction time when you shoot so you can spend as little time as you can in that room

Most of the time I get killed when I jump on those bags to get up to the guy. I'm around 4:00 into the run then, can't go any faster really.. Or I'll mess up ;-) It's the only remaining speedrun so I want to get it!

If you only want the trophy and you still have time, you can go around the server room, then they will destroy their own servers when are trying to shoot you, go up, punch (don't have to disarm) that guy and get out of there.

Doing this i think it's not so hard.

I just watched all your speed runs. I plan on completing all of these tonight (i have done none yet) and I'm pretty sure I can do it. Mainly because I know I will nail all the parts that were in Time Trials.

But thanks for uploading these videos, I found out about many shortcuts that will make this burden a lot easier. After I complete the speedruns, I have every single achievement for this game. Wooh!

Well, it took me the whole night but it was worth it. I got everything up to chapter 7 with just a couple of tries, but chapter 8 was b!tch. I always hated the atrium on the time trials and I hate to speed run it too.

Chapter 9 was pretty easy, but I got killed 3 times at the helicopter scene. Final time 5 minutes 58 seconds.

Chapter 8s a pretty easy time to beat once u nail the main shortcuts, but Chapter 9 is HARD. The server room and for some reason 3:05 are the most annoying parts to do without fucking up

mikedaspike321 you might mean the speed momentum thingy you have to either have the left analogue stick facing right or left then press L1 but keep the analogue stick facing in the direction you want to go then you should get up to full speed
